Why must one be identified to simply be able to read the threads about certain programs Carrara included, and not for others (c4d, LW, PS…) ?

I find very annoying to have to sign each time and moreover, that deprives us of possible new visitors.

I was not aware that there were inconsistencies. I'll look into it.

My system just auto-logs me in so it's not something that I would experience in day to day things.

Yes but, if you click on Carrara, you return in the shop for sign in (password recorded), you must re-select the forums and you must re-click on Carrara… a long way whereas you were there already!

Yes having to log in is i a PITA and would definitely be losing people .

Other parts of rendo forums eg Poser often don't need a log in - and sometimes they do :) I always clear my history when I log off

Hi all,

I've sought some input from admins and the question they're sending me back here with is the 'Clearing History' possibility.

Some, browsers also dump the cookies that would allow unfettered login even if you ask a site to Save Password.

My personal experience is that when I visit 'Rosity from a different device, I have to login to seen anything more than the home page - for all forums.

I use Firefox and my historic and the cookies are cleared when I close the session but my login stay recorded.

What is a pity is that it's impossible to read what is inside the forum without login.

He, we can open the Carrara forum without login…

Thank you Mark !
