I own Blacksmith 3D Pro version 5, and am eligible for an upgrade to version 6, however I can't find and don't know where to look for the code you want for upgrade eligibility. 

I've looked through all my zips, the program files and can't find the number you want. I also looked in the 'Help' menu of my program.  There is no number I can find. I bought all my versions through Dave at his site and never had any issues upgrading from him, now it's an issue here.

The email address in the product description is bad.  This is what I got back right after I sent it:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.<br></br><br></br>Delivery to the following recipients failed.<br></br><br></br>       info@blacksmith3d.com

I need this fixed right away since the email is bad.  I'm not the only one who is having this same problem.  Please fix it and sitemail me with a functioning email address that actually works.

Our email is working. I just replied to your email. The version 5 registration key needed for the Pro-6 eligibility check can be found within the version 5 .dat file that you were originally emailed and had to place on your computer. But, we can also look it by the email you used when registering.

I meant to add that the .dat file can be opened with any text editor (like notepad).  And, I see an email used for the Pro-5 registration that looks like it might have been you. If you want us to email your Pro-5 registration key, please email us confirming what email used for registering Pro-5 (looks like a msn email).  Hope that helps.

I opened the file that's named 'reg-blacksmith3d-pro.dat' and it big long alphanumeric string about 100 characters long.  Is that it?  Seems like a pretty long string for a key, but will wait to hear from you.  Am attaching screenshots to make it more clear and to ask if this is the right file.

Yep, that's it. It is really long string of characters, but it is the registration key you need for upgrading to Pro-6. Please let us know if we can be further assistance.
