Did you buy Dress Shop from Daz3d website or from the creators website? If you bought it at Daz3d then you have to get the serial number from your account page at Daz3d if you bought the product from the creator's website then you have to contact the creator thru their support page. We do not give nor share serial numbers to any software thru the forums that would be in violation of the Renderosity TOS

If you bought it from Daz and you can not see the serial number on your product library then you need to submit a support ticket at the Daz website to resolve that issue.

Support ticket usually are free but I can not speak on how another site runs their support system hope they resolve the issue for you

Aptos, on your account page at Daz is a serial number page, listing all you numbers. Take a look around and you will find it. Let us know if it's worked out for you.

My DAZ purchase history shows Dress Shop 2.0 Upgrade was free on 7/14/2014, but you had to own Dress Shop 1.0 for the upgrade to work.
