Since the AZ help page is part of AZ, he gets the ban message but access to the main CS portal should still be available to any user, no matter their member status at the forums or AZ.

The ticket system uses the store settings, not the forum settings. Clicking on the Support link at the main DAZ site should take anyone to the CS portal (ticket system).
