Please make sure that you have the latest version of Texture Transformer and the add-ons. You can download the TT updates from here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?forum_id=12459&show_faq and any updates on G2M to G3M would be on the product downloads. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Thanks, but I can't see the G2M to G3M add-on on that page. I am using Blacksmith3D Pro v6.2.0.0 by the way, and I only purchased it on 24 June so I would have thought it would be up-to-date. I see in the add-on zip that the "S2D" files, etc., are dated 9 Feb 2016. The Blacksmith3D installation files on the page are identical to what I already have. I'm a DAZ Studio 4.9 user so my cr2 files are exported from there.
