I purchased Poser 11 on June 20th  Order#: 113841329 after being off Poser and the 3D world for over 8 years. But I don't know where the serial number is so I can finish registering and  installing everything else, and trying to relearn it all.

Also, where do I install the Queue manager exe? I am so lost. HELP...

PS: Can I change my original user name? Alexander was my only grandchild at the time I first made my account 18 years ago, but I have 6 grandkids now. 

If you bought Poser from the marketplace here then it should be listed in your purchase history in your account.

Your serial number should be found under Help>Registration.  If it is blank then you should have received an email from Renderosity containing the SN.  As for the Queue Manager.exe, that separate install is for remote access only from other computers on your home network.  Queue Manager is bundled into the main Poser 11 package and will automatically install along with Poser.

The email should have come from a posersoftware.com email, not Renderosity, just to make this a bit more confusing, and the title should read something like this: Poser - 3D Rendering & Animation Software: License Code Purchase. When you enter it, make sure you use all dashes and caps correctly--I normally just copy from the email and paste it right in.

Maybe there was a glitch or something.

I did open a ticket for help on getting my serial number. Hourly I'm get it soon. 

I did pay for the name change.  Is my name showed to change automatically? I'll go back and check it out tonight.

I still can't find the serial number and I even opened a help ticket. I was asked for the order number, so I sent it (replied to their email). They never replied back after that.

How am I supposed to go forward without it?

hopefully you made the payment via Pay Pal , there you could go to resolution center getting the issue solved very fast. Opening a dispute forces the seller to act fast and the payment gets locked on there account until resolved. Not good for the vendor if they do not resolve the problem as they risk getting a account lock . and if you are not happy with the product and service you can ask a full refund. Personally i always use Pay Pal if the option is offered making life easy.

Really not normal that it takes them almost 5 day's to resolve your Problem as they already get the money before offering the service! Not the first time to hear about such support issues from Renderosity!

Yes, I did but hadn't included my order number at first but the person who responded asked me to give them my order so i replied to the email and sent it thru the email, but I haven't heard back. I have just resubmitted a new ticket hoping they get it for me finally. 

When you respond to a ticket response, make sure you do it on the site, not through the email. It is confusing but that's how I got responses consistently. 

Granted, it's been more than a year since I submitted a ticket.

Support emailed me and said the license number IS the serial number. Is that correct? Either way, Poser tells me its incorrect. I'll try one last time. I'll let you all know if it finally works...

I have a question, when I bought Poser Pro 11 for $52.00 USD then downloaded it onto my computer, when I go to open it, it says Poser 12 and the icon om my desktop screen says Poser 12. Did someone make a mistake by sending me the link to download Poser 12 by mistake or was that not a mistake Yes, I'm positive I paid for Poser 11 for the special $52.00 USD price. Perhaps that's why it keeps telling me my license number is wrong?

if it's saying poser 12, you downloaded the wrong one and that's why you're getting errors. Follow Rhia's link
