All Poser figures have awful eyes, as far as I can tell. That's why I invested in an anatomically correct eye model on CGTrader, which you can see in my render above. Superfly has really emphasized the flaws in the existing figures' eyes.

Any particular model? So, you hid the default eyes and put the replacements in?  The eyes have separate controls?
