Oh, forgot to include the error:
"File "/Applications/Poser 13/Runtime/Libraries/Character/3d universe - toon/Toon Generations/Randomize Generic/Base_Character.py", line 16 if vGeomPath.find("3duToonGenBase")<>-1: #check if the correct figure is selected SyntaxError: invalid syntax"

It looks like it's trying to call a Python script called Base_Character.py Poser 13 uses Python 3 but older content uses older versions. It is likely an older version that isn't fully compatible with Poser 13.

I use Poser 13 and win 10
Thank you! I will look into what I can do... if I have to use an older Poser, I have Poser 11, then I will.It looks like it's trying to call a Python script called Base_Character.py Poser 13 uses Python 3 but older content uses older versions. As with all DAZ content products you need the DAZ Install Manager (DIM) application to install files/folders into both DAZStudio and Poser properly. DIM has a little learning curve to make it behave appropriately and manual installation is tricky. From what I see on the DAZ webpage, 3D Universal Toon Generation Base content was created for Poser 7 although I assume it would work through Poser 11. I agree with RedPhantom that if you are attempting to use the Python Script in Poser 13, it will not work due to the update in the Python version. Even moving it into the proper folder will not work at all. Use P11 to install the characters, and perform whatever morphs and clothing you want to do. Resave them back into the Poser Library and reload them in P13.

I used the DAZ3DIM to install the packages, then take the individual runtime folders and redistribute them in the Poser 11 folder structure. As stated, this works for most of the other ones I installed. I believe hborre is correct, that error seems to be a python error.

Hello!
I have been using Poser since the late 90's earliest version, so I am not a complete newbee. That said, I can't say I have ever understood the file structure completely. Yet, I have over the years, been able to get most things working.
I can't imagine I am the only one that buys some content from DAZ. As you know, DAZ is not Poser friendly, in the sense that I do not see (Now) any Poser installers for their content. As such, we have to install the files ourselves. No problem, right? So I thought...
I have managed to get some of the content I bought, working. So I am not sure why I am having issues with the base 3D universe toons. Here are some pictures to show the file structure for the model files (obj). many of the other files, like the robots and the cat, work fine... but for some reason the base toon (Human) files are not working. They show in the library, but when I click on them, I either get nothing or an error... I will include the error as well.
Thank you in advance for your help! :)
