hey guys..anyone know how to invert the green channel of a bitmap via nodes?

as an example http://stefan-morrell.com/SKWallBN_Flipped.zip
one of the normal maps in there has the green channel inverted via photoshop..is it possible to do that with nodes alone?

Thanks
Stefan

Yep.

Use a color math subtract node, Value_1 = WHITE, Value_2 = WHITE->your map. That is a negative of your map - all three channels inverted.

Now one more color math Add node, Value_1 = MAGENTA -> your map, Value_2 = GREEN -> your subtract node (the negative).

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
