Hello,

Anyone know where I can please get a cloud shader for poser? I've already searched the forums and I'm not getting anything I can use.

Thanks!

There is a cloud shader already within Poser. May I ask what effect you are trying to achieve? For example atmospheric fog or cloud background etc.

Thanks.

Hey Phil, thanks for your help.

I just want to create an actual cloud in poser and also see if I can apply the shader to something like an outfit?

I know it's more snow than cloud, but I can't see why you couldn't play with the transparency.  This shader is by Synthetic, and $8 might be more money than you want to spend for one shader, but it's there ;)

Cries

Scroll down.  I convert the shader into clouds.

I have this wonderful prop that someone made a couple of years ago and listed in the Freebee Forum (I think).  It was called the Depth Cube. The maker released a preliminary version and was going to make one for the marketplace, but I think he has totally disappeared now. But it's the best prop I've used for making smoke and/or fog.  I surely wish that the author had not disappeared because I only have the one procedural texture for it. Here, I rendered a test picture with the prop.

Now I can't even find the thread about the Depth Cube. I do have a readme and it was created by James Dickinson in 2009. If anyone knows anymore about this prop, please let me know.
