I received my community newsletter coupon for January just yesterday, haven't used it, and it's supposes to be valid thru 2/29. But when I try to use it, checkout tells me it has expired or has been used before. Could you please advise? Thank you!

Sorry, I got this wrong, it says 'coupon not found or has expired', not that it's been used before. It has 'jan' in it's name, if this is any help ...

No, still not working unfortunately - thanks for replying though! Maybe you were thinking about the Prime coupon? - I tried two ways today, copying from the newsletter as well as typing the code by hand. Same result, 'not found or expired'. What should I do? Can I open a ticket on this somewhere?

I just tried it today (2024-02-01) and it is still not working, same message 'coupon not found or has expired' when applied to cart.

The Newsletter of the 2024-01-29 says:

Yeah, that's the code I've been using alright. It's just not working, also not for other people, as it would seem. How can we get this fixed?

So, today's February's Prime Member's Coupon worked on the same cart ...

The newsletter came at end of January. The COMMNEWSJAN2024P15B5 that CHMedia posted above is the February coupon, valid until 02/29/2024.

The newsletter came at end of January. The COMMNEWSJAN2024P15B5 that CHMedia posted above is the February coupon, valid until 02/29/2024.

But that was the coupon for January that was never released (or at least I never got it.) They sent it to me when I inquired about the January coupon. Now there should be a February coupon. December's coupon was also released towards the end of December and valid until Jan 20th. 

We haven't sent out a newsletter yet.

Try hitting apply despite the error. I guess it’s cached or something like that. I apologize for any confusion.

Can someone please tell me how long the FEB coupon is valid?

I know it has been released because I saw Mecha's comment but I haven't been receiving the newsletters lately so I have no idea what the expiration date is.

(The coupons used to be valid for the whole month but lately they are being released later in the month and the expiration date varies, for example the DEC coupon wasn't released umtil the end of december and was valid until Jan 19th, the JAN coupon was released end of Jan and good up til Feb 29th).

It looks like you are still using the Jan coupon. The Feb one is out now. We had to make an adjustment. I apologize for any frustration or confusion.

Juat a reminder that despite the error you can hit Apply, that may work. The feb coupon is valid until March 19th.
