I use the"set parent" to make the model's hand move with a ball, when I don't change the scale of them(100%),it goes well. But when I change the ball's size then click the'set parent',the size of the model's hand also changed. I don't want to change the hand's size, what should I do?

Did you unparent the ball before resizing it?

Yes.I just build a new ball and drop it to the scene-----I changed its scale---apply IK to the hand-------parent the hand to the ball, then the hand's scale also changed!I dont know why!Did you unparent the ball before resizing it?

Things parented tend to match their parents in scale so things like dynamic clothing will still fit on a reduced size figure. You may need to increase the size of the hand accordingly.
Your other option would be to parent the ball to the hand and move that

another option is to use 2 balls. Have one be a control ball. Set it to be invisible in retracing and in camera so it doesn't render. Parent the ball you want to scale and the hand to that control ball.

This solution sounds great, thanks!Just ask,is Poser has a way to reset object's scale to 100% and coordinates to 0,0,0 after I changed it?(like in Maya or 3Dmax)another option is to use 2 balls.
