Retired photographer living in Orlando, Florida USA, with his wife Mary.. BIO I'm a retired commercial photographer/videographer. I closed out my studio, which is attached to our home, and sold all of my film cameras and studio equipment. I now use Photoshop to restore old photos. I converted the studio into my dream den. Years ago when I designed the studio I planned some details into it with the idea that someday I would retire and need a retreat. It has a fireplace with wall to wall book shelves, wide screen tv, surround sound, and adjustable lighting, comfortable sofa and chair. I also have a wood shop where I design and build furniture. 23 years ago I had a heart transplant, and I feel wonderful! Wow! I love your lighting technique! It looks like light painting, which it might well be. It's one of those techniques I tried once and always meant to try again. It's lovely to look at. Color and composition are also super!

It is interesting how still-life photographer accumulate props that in most cases end up around the house as decorations. When we find we are out of room, we start displaying things like a museum, showing items for six to nine months and then packing it away in the garage to show the latest trophy in out collection. The lighting is very good and reflects your current style. The composition could be just a little tighter and thereby making it less appear as if these are items on display. Never the less, I do enjoy seeing your work
