Description
I have been gone for so long! My life has for the last three years taken it's turn for the worse.. But now finally I know what is wrong.. I got diagnosed with ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.. Now allmost everything has a new meaning.. I understand why I have been reacting the way that I have done.. I know why I sometimes have had a urge to.. hurt myself.. why I have felt as an outsider in many aspects of normal social functions... S

That was a nice description of how you felt to go along with the picture. I was diagnosed with bipolar 17 years ago and there are times I feel all used up and alone even though I know I am not alone. Well done!

Welcome back Jyri, I've often wondered what happened to you and why you'd stopped posting so long ago. My best friend's teenage daughter (my honorary little sister really) has ADHD and we've come to think that it's not so much a condition to be treated as "abnormal" as a natural evolution of the human brain that will become more and more prevalent as we go through the generations. Technology and the pace of life is increasing and so it's natural really that the human brain should adapt to this. To think Ritalin (which is basically Speed) SLOWS DOWN the ADHD brain! Anyway, glad to hear you've come to a resolution about what's been happening and glad to see you sharing your work with us again, this is a good day :-)
