This is the same area of deep swamp where I captured the image
For Andreas (a.k.a. Zacko) for my dear bro in Sverige! I thought it would be interesting to see this area some 6 months later! So, off I went, camera in hand. As it turns out, going to a place like this in the heat of summer is a bad idea, as it is quite a dangerous place to be at that time of year! But hey, if I don't boldly go into areas such as this, I won't get those wild nature captures I love so much! Besides, my buddy Andreas is worth it! To me, this particular spot will always be "Zacko's place!" Thanks for looking, have a most excellent day!

the reflections are beautiful Troy. excellent capture. I suppose you may have some gator's about? for sure many snakes, not forgetting the west nile gators(mosquitos)

Awwww!!!! For meeee? AWWWW!!! I got my own swamp....just like Shrek. Does it come with a talking donkey i wonder? Its beautiful buddy! I remember begging you to capture some photos of it when the trees had some leafs...leaves...sigh...i shall never learn that plural. And im happy you did go back.
