I was perusing FS's gallery and was in awe of how he produces such photo-real portraits in Poser!! They are amazing and you should check out his gallery!! I tried to do my own rendition, let me know what you think!!

I found the secret of photorealism to be completely in the lighting. The texture is also important of course, but with the wrong light even the best texture can yell out 'Poser!'. You've done a good job with the lighting and testuxturing here, it looks great. To make it even more realistic, try posing her head just slighting to one side or the other, and having the eyes point away from the camera. You'll be amazed. Great job!

Everrything looks totally real. great job. The lips though, I haven't seen a bottem lip and top lip together look like that. Maybe it was the dark edge around them that made me notice that. but yeah, I think your portrait is great.
