Hi, this page is about terragen/landscape and 3D-rendering
BIO
I am exploring cgi since the days with the Commodore C=64 (anybody remember HiEddi?) in the 80's. After that i was working with Amiga500/2000 and DPaint and different raytracing programs like Reflections/Monzoom (german raytracer), Real3D. Unfortunately the Amiga didn't make it and i have to move to PCs. I have found Terragen (v0.8x) some years ago, searching the internet for cgi and landscape rendering. My first impression was that it is rather complicated and not very capable and returned to raytracing. About three years ago, i took another try on it and since then i am really impressed about the quality output.

Cool. The Earth looks so real. Great lighting. The meteor's lighting is superb and that looks real, while I'm wishing that the color was different. But, it's space so who knows what it's all like out there. Good job.
