Description

Just been out in the freezing freeze and taken some pictures of Saturn with my trusty web-cam on my 8" telescope. Have combined with a picture taken exactly a year ago to show how much Saturn changes as it runs it's 29 year orbit around the sun. The rings have twisted away from us. I added the moon coz the picture looked vacant without something at that point. Now I have two lovely orbs AND a large moon in my picture. Should I be worried about the thumbnail they give me? Are twin orbs and a large moon allowed in a thumbnail?

Very interesting how the position is different. Maybe Saturn will decide to change completly his direction for 2008 ? lol.... A very good composition.

I you had a shooting comet between the orbs, then you might have had problems. LoL -- great illustration of the changing view of Saturn!

Amazing difference! Very cool to see. I'm not sure about the thumb, but perhaps an advisory? BJ
