Description

The glacier in the distance is about three miles wide, and it's over five miles away. The scale of the Alaskan landscape is indescribable - Go see for yourself! And by all means, do so from a cruise ship. Early May, the "shoulder season," is less expensive and usually better weather than the peak Summer cruising months in Alaska.
