Description

Many Haleconias are blooming in my yard...and at a certain time each day, the sun beautifully illuminates these tropical flowers. The sunshine makes them just "light-up"... When photographing the Haleconias, I often wait for this "just right light" to capture the subtle illumination that accentuates the elegance of the Haleconia bloom.

I could have sworn I saw a 'spotchick' hiding just left of center... ;) Seriously.....love how the sunlight caresses some of the top edges of the flower/ plant.

My grandmother knew the names of all the animals and flowers. She died, though that may not have been what killed her.
