Yes, it is Russian Shuttle - Buran. This render is based on real ekranoplane project from MDB and this was the smallest version from Oriols family

Very cool! I always thought the ekranoplane was a cool concept. Too bad its never been practical as a transport, I've always wondered if it could have been a viable trans-atlantic or pacific passenger carrier. Someday, perhaps? Still, this is a lovely work, they look beautiful.
