These are my Render Settings for Rio as well as some tips on lights.
I play around with many lights until I get the specific effect I want. For the promos I have used a simple light blue-gray IBL.
My testers have also had great results with the Indirect lights supplied with Poser8 and Poserpro 2010 straight out of the box.
I have also found that Corvas' !Soft Lights work very well with this texture.
