Description
NOTE: This image is of a controversial nature
It is not my intention to offend anyone.
The Lord said to Kain, "Where is your brother, Abel?"
I don't KNOW! Am I my BROTHER'S KEEPER???"
"Then the Lord said, "WHAT have you done? LISTEN!... Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground!" "Now you are under a curse....

(my commentary)
Apathy is fatal to a nation, and "political correctness is nothing more than an effort to subtly deny our constitutional rights of "Freedom of Speech".
Wrong has become right.......and right, has become wrong in our nation.
You can say every foul word at the top of your lungs, and people will laugh. Tell the most horrid jokes,- they will laugh. People turn their heads and wink at adultery, & divorce- denying that it brings death to the hearts of our children, and families. We murder the innocence of our unborn -and label it, "choice", -- We are "entertained" by every kind of violence & perversion on our television.
BUT....just let someone whisper the name of Jesus
or let a classroom of children recite, "One nation under God" - and all the sudden people are outraged & up in arms! why?? People don't want to hear the name of God - it's an affront to them.
Because we love doing what we want to do, rather than having the heart and courage to do what is right& To take a stand for those things that are noble, and good.

It's too bad you are so right. Nice image Spryyte.

Very fiery and passionate, really good. Statement-wise I disagree with you completely but that isn't relevant.

I think it's more complicated than that. Number one, if you are referring to the Pledge of A., most people were mad that the court wanted to take God out of it, which goes totally against what you say. Number two, I don't think people are offended by whispering Jesus, we just can't be controlled by a church like in the Dark Ages. You do have some good points also, and I know how you feel, overall. I think you're probably right about the abortion part. It is a sad world, and a sad country, but it's better than Cuba, or some third world country like Mexico (that is third world right?). Anyway, good image, but I'm not sure what is on the left side of the glasses. Don't get me wrong, I love this image because it is one of the few on here that SAYS something, so I congratulate you on that! I just think, you could word your statement a little stronger. Kepp it up though, I love this!!!!!!!!!!

love this picture and agree with the sentiment completely

Please don't get me wrong...I love this country - i would never want to live anywhere else --- BUT i just get totally frustrated with the schizophrenic culture we seem to live in. Also, I didn't mean "everyone", when i used the term, "we" about the pledge - i just meant a great many people - NOT everyone. The 9th district court ruling on the pledge was disheartening - and for me, comes at the same time that the ACLU has ordered a small city near me to remove a statue showing the 10 commandments which was donated by a veteran of the Civil war. It has stood there all this time in a small park. Now they are insisting, it be removed.

What the fools (and I do mean that) dont realize is that separation of church and state simply means the separation of the governing bodies of the church and governing body of this country, not that the United States of America or even the US government is to be without religious affiliation fact is if an idiot looks at early documents, speeches, government and legal formality, even currency we have a religious affiliation. All separation of church and state means is that the church does not dictated to the government in regards to the law and the government does not dictate to the church in regards to worship or Gods law (there was this whole problem in England with this you see). We were intended to be a nation under God

I wonder if the children who have been abused by priests, the members of congreations who have been sexually molested by their pastors, and the families of the innocent assaulted by the ignorant and unenlightened in the name of your 'god' will feel the same way?

i KNOW who "my God" Is,....i wonder who yours is though. Every man serves something - what do you serve?
BladeWolf
I serve myself first, as without my achieving my goals, I can not use the potential that Great Spirit has placed within me. After that I serve my family and loved ones. God comes in third, well because he can take care of himself, he is a big boy after all, and he helps those who help themselves. I have been birated for my beliefs by every ignorant, narrow minded, right winged individual there is to be had, and my simple phrase to them is this: You are so heavenly minded, you are no earthly good. The only thing we humans can do is this: 1. Be a good person 2. Love the people around you, and they will love you back 3. Be understanding and considerate of other peoples beliefs. 4. Do not shove your religious views off on other people. That's more of a affront that walking around church in a I love Satan t-shirt. 5. Repeat items 1 through 4 That's it. nice render btw.
