Description

Central Oregon, near the John Day Fossil Beds. October, 2011. The nature of sheds is to be built for a specific purpose, used for many years, and abandoned when they become no longer useful. Lucky for photographers, huh? :)

It doesn't take anywhere as long to erode a shed as it does the ancient fossil beds nearby:) Great weathering and texture.

So much to see here, and your title is great. It must support all sorts of life. A super subject for an outdoor painting class.
