Hi! My name is Ed and I am just getting back in to photography. I have been taking pictures since the late 60's but kind of stopped for almost 30 years. I took mostly point and shoot pictures for years and decided to get back into a little more hands on photography.
I just got a Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm Telephoto lens. I plan on getting some filter for both and doing a little experimentation with them.
I am interested in all types of photography, but lean towards landscape and trick photography. Â I also would like to try HDR in the future.Â
I would appreciate any feed back that I can get as this will help me fine tune my skills.
Unless stated, all photos are straight from the camera with no Photoshop manipulation.

Ah, well, as George Harrison once wisely said, "All things must pass". Nice shot of this bridge. I've seen a few natural bridges like this, but always seem to have a hard time finding a way to capture it effectively in a photo...

Our Lundon Bridge also collapsed, Great ocean Australia, there was a couple stranded out there & had to be air lifted off. It looked just like this one. great picture.

Unusual formation. Too bad it is gone but how lucky you weren't standing on it at the time:) Sorry I've not commented on a few of your last posts...I am awaiting new glasses after successful eye surgery for cataracts. Extended time on the computer makes my eyes tired in a hurry...should be back to normal in a week to ten days.

This is a beautiful capture of something that once was and now an historical shot!!

How amazing - just a pity to know that it collapsed.

I walked on it...The locals claimed it collapsed because of too many fat Americans standing on it...their words, not mine..

Great stuff. The bridge in Oz was much higher than this one.

It was the London Bridge in Australia that collapse. I found a video on you tube that shows the bridge whole and then broken. It was a lot higher then the one in Aruba. I wish I got to see it before it broke.

The forces that form a bridge like that will eventually tear it down. Great shot!
