Description

Vision of the resurrection A big image, so you may wish to zoom in, for full impact. A clean VUE render, without postwork. I am not really sure how many think about why we celebrate Easter. But i think it is important to remember. It is a special day today. The resurrection Jesus Christ. My first VUE upload in these galleries. I always liked the emotion in VUE renders. It started back in 2008, when i saw the fantastic VUE galleries of Tetsu-Pino and Miska7 here on Renderosity. Their galleries really swept away my legs. So it is an old desire for me, to work with VUE. I bought VUE 9 Frontier back in 2010. With heavy discount, thank God. The advertising said that i could use my existing Daz and Poser runtime content in VUE 9 Frontier. :) So i was all thrilled and delighted.:) The commercial did not say that i should spend 130 dollars more, on a VUE 3D import module, before it would work. A clever and dirty advertising :) So that was a long nose for me. :) No Daz or Poser content in VUE :( There are many problems with the VUE 9 Frontier version... You are in big trouble, getting content for it. Because you can only use content that is, locked to the license. So that means, one have to buy every single straw, in the E-on web-shop. Or use the very few freebies from the same shop. Can't use VUE content bought here at Renderosity, not from DAZ web shop either. And not even the free VUE content from sharecg.com. That kinda make VUE 9 Frontier a BEEEEP version :) I talked to several people about the solution that would fit my work and style. And i am very happy about the advice i got from friends, Renderosity Cararra forum moderator, Mark Bremmer, and other artists. The conclusion is...... To make VUE 9 Frontier useful for what i do.. i need the ECO system module, and the 3D import module. 250 dollars +25% danish VAT :) Or....the VUE 10 Espirit which is born with he 3D module. Plus the ECO system module. 290 dollars + 25% danish VAT. Maybe i will get it at some point in the future. It is unknown. Until then, i will have to work with what i have. Hope you like the image. Thanks for any comments and/or faves. Happy Easter :)

Thank you for the info on Vue and I am sorry you had to find out the hard way. As most people in any time we have had to find things out the hard way (why we do that to each other is a mystery, Much like how we had to find out about the love our Lord and Savior has for each and every one of us). A beautiful image! You work well with what you have.

Lara, first of all let me say what a masterful job you did on this Easter dedication. I was very moved by it and the powerful aura you managed to give it. Also let me say how touched I was that you took time to remind us of why we celebrate Easter and the resurrect of Jesus.

You have created a wonderful image, Lars! The details and lighting are superb! I hope you spending a Happy Easter! :) P. S. The flower in my last image is a camellia that my sister gave me for my birthday. There are several species, however, I cannot tell you to which it belongs! Hugs! :)
