Captain's Log, stardate 58744.1.
Despite my first officer's objections, I have decided to take the starship Kelvin into war torn territory to mediate a prisoner exchange between the 2 factions. I must admit that even though their ships are no match for us, I am concerned about either party trying to use Federation weapons to gain a foothold over the other.
