Description
My sister Lorraine and her partner Robbie have been sharing a life together for 25 years
They have a 20 yr old daughter they adopted together when she was a infant
Robbie has asked her to marry him so many times nobody can count anymore how many'
As some of you know my sister was diag.with cancer in March Robbie has been her "ROCK'never a day went by without him praying to at least let her stay longer as he pleaded he wouldn't and couldn't live without her I heard this and there was never a love so strong:
Again as some of you know things were looking good after bouts of chemo ,the liver was getting smaller and then a few months later she has a seizure and they fine not one,but two brain tumors,she has had radiation they are not doing that anymore but have her on the cancer pill,it's fairly new and seems to have helped prolong life:
Lorraine (my sister) was given 4 months last March but she is running a normal life and carrying on ,except for the hair loss and weight loss she comes and goes like she's not even sick she just says she tired ,I talk with her every morning from here (california) we have good conversations we even gossip lol,so she is normal as can be on the oustide:
Anyway enough of the sad stuff ,she finally said yes let's get married ,he is as happy as a lark:
she said to me why not he has been there for me all the time and I do love him,
So they were married at city hall in Montreal and everyone had a great time,it was a a small
small celebration only family very close friends and they had fun ,some tears ,and laughter
I couldn't be there as I got back from a 6weeks staying with her not that long ago;
but I was there in mind,heart,and spirit: thanks for reading )) if you did:
