Description

It's been pretty busy here, and of course, I'm on zombie shift until the end of this week, so I've fallen behind a bit. But the Girls keep me motivated (most of the time), and I've finally finished Page 18. Things are about to become pretty intense over the next few pages, The Girls have a neat new toy - quadcopters have become one of the hottest new gadgets. They're popping up (literally) everywhere - I'll be getting one myself soon. I've been looking at the Phantom 2 Vision by DJI. It comes with its own camera that shoots 1080P video, as well as 14MP stills. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the latest page in the Girls' adventures! I hope to be able to get the next page done a little sooner. Additional Credits: Most props - computers, monitors, desks, chairs are from Archive3D.net as 3DS files. G4's fire red hair by RodS - available in Rendo Freebies Ranpha is by Dan (Diemamker) Quadcopter prop by RodS using Poser Primitives Arawen by P3Design - no longer in RMP Ar's shoes by Mamomamo Suburban House @ DAZ Thanks for dropping by, and for all your wonderful comments and support!

DUN-DUN-DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN! QUICK! Somebody get out there and help Felecita! Cool work here as always Rod. Superb poses and sets. I have a RC helicopter. Got it cheap of the Ebay. Don't know about quads but one thing I DO know is the single rotor copters are hard to control. Haven't spent enough time with it yet to master it. I think I need a tall launch point so I can get off the ground without crashing, lol.

Yeah - considering it takes 2 hands and 2 feet to fly a real chopper, I can imagine it being a challenge just getting off the ground... The quads have counter-rotating props so you don't have the torque issues to deal with as with a single-rotor.

LOL.. great story...as soon as I got to Mr Pigg's lines and started reading....I was thinking in piggspeak!!.. talk about getting immersed in the story! Anyway, nasty chap isn't he....deserves to a baconer, and I'm sure the girls will oblige if they can catch him, in the meantime Joey is going to get a lot more than he bargained for!.. That Phantom 2 looks pretty wicked... I can see youtube is going to graced with all manner of footage soon!!

OMG!!!!!!!..... someone is about to get their butt seriously kicked!!!!... I know Trish and Rico,...and all the others are more than willing to lend a hand in helping Felecita out!! poor bad guys they won't know what hit them!!! Well actually they will, because they are going to be hit by it a whole bunch of times.. This page is awesome!! I love how this page came out, I'm now on the edge of my seat waiting for the next page.. You know you should put that Qaudcopter in the free stuff... I'd like to get one... I know after this Ranpha's going to want to do some upgrade... Outstanding work!

Actually, I plan on making a few improvements to it, and putting it in the free stuff area. Coming soon.. I can just imagine what Ranpha could do with one of these! :-D

Wow the work in this is amazing. You did an excellent job on making that quadcopter and nice touch doing a little render of Ar to put on the laptop screen. A very nice detail and thought. Excellent renders and prop and scene setups. I like the close up of your copter over the 'burbs. Awesome work. And for the story, the girls are lucky they listened in when they did. It'll be good to know the Joey's butt will be well kicked. I hope they recorded that conversation. Just more evidence against Slickie and the Pigg. Awesome work.

I thought of getting one of those with the remote camera on it. But too expensive. I got a RC HELI sitting in my storage shed. Wonder if the battery on it is still good....

Great story in words and pics, Rod! Yes, Archive.3D Net is a "goldmine" of all kinds of handy props. Nightshifts is some hell, I worked as a nightwatch when I at the same time had my small business with a travelling theater, playing for kids around in Denmark. i Managed to live like this only one and a half year. Later, cleaning job from 6 a.m., playing for kids at 11 a.m. and finaly my third job from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Crazy..Now as 60 I'm happy to only have 30 hours a week and three days off..
