Description

Well even though it was overcast and snowing I was blessed by the sight of this big trophy elk at the end of the day with only about 15-20 minutes of viable shooting light left! Yes I broke the rules! normally do not shoot below 1/320 second but my lens has image stabilization as well even though hand held my camera and lens had a very stable rest( no not a tripod, a fence post lol!) I had all kinds of time so I took various shots at different iso/fstop/shutter combos
