oh craig, this is beauteous...it's a vast opening to mystery and radiance, and it's beautiful...You've always been a master of vast and gentle landscapes, and of dissolving silken light, and you put all that, plus your knowledge of the exquisite details of earth and all its formations, into this vision for your passed mother. It sweeps and it whispers, and the light is all encompassing...and that single person (she looks like a woman, and makes me think of your mother), as she kneels in relaxation and surrender and looks into the vast landscape in front of her, she's the exquisitely tiny soul beholding the infinite......and 'tiny' is a beautiful thing here, to be a part, to be one part of the endless realm of light and transcendence...It's affirming, embracing, and exquisitely mysterious. It feels, to me, like a whole surrender of your mother to the arms of the cosmos, and telling her that, from your perch (at the front of this exquisite view), you 'have' her, you see her, you are with her, and you bless her with all your blessings. I wish you light and blessing with each new day...this image is all you, and your mother since she's the person who brought you into this world...Many blessings to you, Craig.
