after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

Damn, eekdog :( I miss my cat greatly, even though it's been decades. Cats form strong bonds :(
Great image, though :) Try and have a good weekend, there is only so much you can do :(

Stunning image my friend, I am going through the same thing I have a stray that comes every day for his food he went missing for five days and I thought the worst but he turned up this morning. I would have him in an instant but my dog would eat him so I try and make sure he is fed and I will keep my eyes out to make sure he is ok The thing is cats like to roam and there is nothing you can really do to stop them you did your best and that's all anyone can do my friend your a good man.

Oh Steve, I do know how you feel...I have had similar situations occur in my life, mainly because others (such as parents) would interfere. I still feel sad and guilty about somethings dealing with animals after so many years...you must realize by now animals rank high in my personal list of favs...you must try to find another living situation...you can't and shouldn't have to live under the thumb of anyone...if you can't do that, then you've got to get some backbone and stand up to your bully roommate...it's not like you're living rent free...he pushes you around because you LET him...
OK. Now on to your image: it's lovely...receicup creates some of the most beautiful dark skin textures for V4--I have this one too (big surprise, LOL)---and she looks great in the wonderful scene you've built around her.

lovely image.
I had a young cat I thought the weather had killed show up this morning as if nothing was wrong. He vanished in the midst of the arctic weather. Little bastard looks fine. doesn't seem to have missed any meals, either!! Cats do amazing things. So choose to believe your friend found a safe and permanent home with someone else and that he is living in the lap of luxury. You can't prove he is not!

This is so powerful and has such a mystical feel - it's like a dream with the motion in the background. It really focuses attention on the lovely lady. Awesome work as usual, Steve! Buddy, you really need to get away from that asshat as soon as possible - by hook or crook.. Move in with your mom temporarily, until you can find a place of your own. Your health will thank you and your mood will improve. I just read the part where your little buddy showed up! So glad he's OK! But if he had crossed the rainbow bridge, it would be sad - but there's always another cat. But there's only one Steve. Wish I could win the powerball - I'd buy you a place just to get you away from that hoser....
