Description

I set this to render out large and it seemed to be going awfully slowly, and I couldn't figure out why. When I went to re-size it in PS, I found that I'd rendered a 6000 x 7500 image at three THOUSAND dpi, rather than the 300 it should have been. Hey hey, c'est la vie, I'll be more careful about checking render dimensions for a while until I forget. Successfully and slowly rendered in PoserPro2014,

Fine image with an air of mystery.

Unless an image is made to be printed there is no advantage other than burning CPU cycles to use more than 72 dpi. The web measures in pixels and HTML only looks at pixel dimensions in deciding how to display your image. Ditto texture maps. UV dimensions are pixels regardless of dpi. That is why Photoshop has the option save for web and devices. Only pixels matter.
