Description

Humans are wiping out more and more species: mammals, amphibians, reptiles. So far, insects and arthropods of all kinds have proven to be the most resilient. I think cockroaches, beetles of all kinds and the like could survive a nuclear disaster...and us humans too! In addition, global warming is playing into the hands of insects, or rather their antennae. In the Carboniferous period, the period in which there were giant insects, it was much warmer and wetter than today; so if a similar period were to come again, insects could reach gigantic heights again - especially if there were no natural predators!
