Description
As my moniter is a bit darker than most I'm not sure if the photoshop work improved it or made it worse lol. Believe me when I say it looks better in real life though ;) I did this two months back, took about 3 days, and it's based on a scene I set up with two large seashells and an old recorder laying across one of them. I think pencil-media wise this is my best work to date. For those of you that may want prints, you'll have to email me about them as I've never planned to make them before, but a few have shown interest in getting prints. Drawn on 1000 Hot Press Illustration Board.

Great still life piece. Good work! I, personally, would up the contrast a bit... have the shadows a bit darker... but that's just my taste.

Yes, a very good drawing. Interesting subject matter as drawing freezes a moment in time (in 3 days anyway) while music exists only in the passing of time. Very excellent work.

Absolutely perfect compostion. The shading is terrific as is the contrasts. wonderful still life. Do make more as you have a wonderful touch.
