When I was a child, I had a book.. I cant recall where I found it. But it was one of those old types from the 70s, with kidsi n striped sweaters and hippy hairdos. There was a chapter on hygeine. and it showed a young girl washing her face in a sink. The same technique was applied as with your excellent image today :) i was enamored with that picture. Its milky water , frozen in mid effort. Perhaps it catches my eye..because water..save for its icey form..flows. to see it frozen..is magical. Thanks for the memory :) And well done :)
