Description
This is my newest illustration and at the same time a temporary goodbye to the Renderosity community.
I will be involved in a illustration project in the near months, which will suck all of my time. Iwill not be able to submit my artworks until the books are published, but will be sure to share the new creations once I am allowed to do so.
Anyway this is the most detailed picture I have ever done in my life, probably most time spent on this one, too.
It was a bit of an experiment, cause I wanted to do something which is more "illustration styled" so to speak.
This is a commission to the lovely Lisa Lassiter (the character Xull'Rae Zauviir is copyrighted to her!), picturing her drow character.
I hope you will like this picture, as I enjoyed creating it.

Just one thing: the head and the body of the dragon-like creature seem a little out of proportion to me.

Well first thing: It's not a dragon. I imagine dragons completely different myself with different proportions. That was just supposed to be some "lizard thing" she is riding.. First time I draw a monster so please cut me some slack :3

I think it looks great... diffently ISN"T a dragon.. though maybe a relative down the road.. kinda reminds me of a female Ky-Rin.. though i think i spelled that wrong... and for ur first time on it.. it looks like u been painting creatures forever !!

This is positively excellent work. The aerial perspective is perfect, composition is grand. I love the interaction between the elf and her lizard-creature (whose scales are very cool). Love her hair too, as usual. Best wishes on the big project!

Nice interaction between the two subjects of this image. I do agree that a bit more study in muscle and proportion is needed for your dragon-lizard and with time and effort that will come. Good luck on your commercial success!
