I'm not sure this is the issue, but SAV had the following notes on the Berlin 1931 Hair product page:
!!!Please Note: "cast shadows" are disabled in the hair, Parameters/Properties window tab, for more realistic and faster renders, If you want strong shadows on the hair, enable "cast shadows"
Check to see if cast shadows is active in the Parameters/Properties panel. I don't have Poser open at the moment, so don't recall exactly where it is, but if you see it, and there's a checkmark, then that may very well be the issue. Unchecking it should take care of this for you.

I'm not seeing any cast shadows at all anywhere in the image. Do you prefer to render without shadows? If yes then as Miss B said, open properties of hair and uncheck cast shadows. If you prefer to render without shadows entirely just turn off shadows in your lights properties. I'm not entirely convinced that what you are seeing is a shadow problem though. It looks more like a trans map problem. Something might be wrong with your transmap settings.

Your transparency maps should be set at gamma 1
Your transparency maps should be plugged into both transparency and transparency_edge sockets and set to 1
Turn off texture filtering or set to crisp if using IDL or GI

This isn't a shadow issue, but a transparency issue. You need to increase the maximum number of transparency bounces sometimes I go as high as 128

Doesn't even look like IDL. There's no shadows OR occlusion.

Good points, as I wasn't sure it was a shadows issue either. Unfortunately, that's one of the few SAV hairs I don't own, so I couldn't check it out to see. Also those look much darker than what I usually see as hair shadows, which are usually a lot softer.

Actually the OP said " it is no problem and FireFly Render has no problem." but since they're having a problem, it must be superfly

Thank you for lot of Advises.
to Miss B Thank you for your important information, I check it, and I found it is already set by creator. And I feel that SuperFly has no "Shadow off" rendering, I test turn on/off "Cast Shadow", it is same result.
to EldritchCellar Thank you for good view point, and I found Transparency map has Gamma 1.0, and I change Gamma2.2, but result has no difference. it is wonder for me, but any number of Gamma has no difference.
Doesn't look like Superfly.
I'm sorry for this, this lighting is similarly port-late lighting as real world of Japanese Magazine, I use 1 IBL, 1 SunLight iamge. 1 Area Light form near Camera. This kind of picture style is my current theme, I try for like picture of Japanese Magazine :D
for Rhia474 Yes, I upload it.
for artdreamer I'm sorry or it, this picture is part of my series of pictures, that title as "Wonder Woman vs Reinforced human Eva Braun" :D
to RedPhantom Thank you for your good Advice, it is just fit for this problem ! I remake this picture around hair. I upload my result picture (Sorry it is noisy because high speed rendering) Thank you again !
Glad to see you got it working, as it's a great looking render. I like the "styling" you did, so it doesn't look like Berlin 1931 Hair anymore.

Also glad you solved the problem. One thing... I meant you want gamma on transmaps set at custom gamma 1. Not 2.2. So was correct originally. All masks need custom gamma 1 if using GC. Bump maps, Trans maps, Displacement maps, alpha masks custom gamma 1 is correct.
Also, might get better results if texture filtering is set to crisp or none.
"Wonder Woman vs Reinforced human Eva Braun" is a great title

Easiest way
Color map used as object color= Gamma 2.2
Black and white map not as object color (bump, trans, displacement, mask)=Gamma 1.

Unfortunately, this hairpiece is not optimized for Superfly, there are some hacks created in the Material Room to make it look better in Firefly.
?? I can't understand you wrote. Yes, this product has no SuperFly Shader, but SuperFly has small compatibility with FireFly Shader. Therefore, you can show my Sample, This Sample has no change about Shader, it is only change SuperFly Parameters. It dose not include Hair Product. You can find near situation on FireFly Product, for example that is Lady Littlefox "Sugar for V4 - Outfit" and another. This problem is not "Optimized product for SuperFly", it is just Rendering parameter.
