Description

Hello, my name is Aria Calis and I'm the alter ego for my creator, who, by the way, is also named Aria... but she's a little shy right now, so if you don't mind, I'll be doing the talking for now.

Back to business, I'm here to introduce a new series of stories the real life Aria is planning to do for the Writers Forum about a beautiful young woman , that would be me, and her adventures in the 24th century. If you click on the 'OLDER' button to the upper right, you'll see a previously posted biography image with a small bit of details about me.

Any way, continuing on... I decided I needed to get off the backwater outer fringe planet I was on due to a little disagreement between me and the Federal Empire. In case you're wondering, they're the bad guys, kind of like the Terran Empire from the various Star Trek series, except there's no Spock with a mustache and goatee.

Like many of the outer space soap operas, there will be episodes instead of a continuing story line and will range from comedic, serious, romantic, thought provoking, to the completely absurd... you get the drift. Hopefully a bit of everything for everybody. You'll get to meet various alien species and cultures my creator has come up with in her often scattered mind, along with the situations encountered. For you science fiction spacecraft enthusiasts, you should get a kick out of the various models that will be used from the many past and present shows, movies and games... I'll do my best to give credit to the designers of these wonderful items.

If you're wondering where we are right now, we're aboard my ship the Celine Maru and as time goes on, you'll get to see more of the old girl. In the next few postings, I'll be introducing my crew before actually beginning the stories. They're a diverse bunch of people with stories of their own, and great fodder for upcoming episodes.

Well, I hope this little introduction narrative has whetted your appetites for what, real life Aria and I, plan to bring you in the near future.

So sit back, buckle up and relax... enjoy the show.
