It has been quite a while since I discovered Poser and a little later renderosity.com. I guess that was 2005. After some frustrating experiences I gave up rendering my images and returned to what I liked to do most in my spare time: taking photographs Unlike Poser's models real models just do what you want them to do. ;-)
That made it easier for me to visualize my ideas. I've been an amateur photographer since 1991 and switched to digital photography in 2003 when the first DSLRs became affordable. But still there is this fascination of the creative potential within 3D software. So many things can be done there that are hardly possible to do in the real world. And I've so many ideas that go beyond the possibilities of "normal" photography. So finally I returned to 3D software. And now I'm willing to improve my skills. :) So comments are always welcome!
Greetings from Munich, Germany PS: I've got a picture gallery on my home page (in English). So feel free to take a look. http://www.digitalportrait.eu/photo
